Process and Delivery ⌛

When you decide to commission my work, send me a message on discord, reddit or e-mail.I accept 50% payment upfront and 50% after the painting is done.I accept payments through Wise and Paypal.If everything is okay, I’ll send you an request and after the first payment I’ll start your project.I’ll send you updates after each major step and just after you approve them I’ll move on. The steps are:🖍️ Sketch, where we establish poses, characterization and composition .
🖍️ Color Sketch, where we’ll define the lighting base, mood and color in general.
🖍️ Render, where I’ll define everything and, if approved, will be the final product.If approved I’ll send you an e-mail or a link containing the final, full resolution, JPEG.

📌 Payment methods: Paypal or Wise.*📌 When will you start the work? as soon as I receive the payment.📌 Do you accept 50/50 payment? That is my prefered payment schedule.📌 How many drawings can I request? As many as you like. the orders will be placed on queue after payment. If it's an exceptionally big project, we’ll need to discuss it more.📌 How long does it take to be done? It depends. How busy I am, etc. Most of all, it will depend on the scale of the request. if you need to meet a specific deadline please inform me in advance.📌 Which kind of drawing can I request? Character Illustration in general:, Oc’s, Fanart, scenes for RPGs, Party shots, action scenes, etc. you may also ask for a quote about character design, landscape illustrations and other kinds of work not mentioned in this page. I am also open to NSFW paintings but I retain the right to refuse service in any specific case.📌 Can I use your drawing in a poster, shirt, etc.? If it is not for commercial use, Yes!
If you plan to use the artwork as a part of a product you Pay the Copyright fee (the fee is listed in the "add-ons" section).📌 Will you post this artwork on your social media? Probably! many of the works I make as commissions are valuable as portfolio pieces. I also hold the right to publish the artwork as I wish since I'm the author.in any case just ask politely, I may delay the publication for reasonable motifs such as surprise gifts. NDA agreements need to be addressed separately.

Terms of Service! 🎨

📌Unless specified and agreed separately and beforehand, all this terms apply to any commission made with me.
📌 There are no refunds after work has been done.
📌 Refunds May be possible if you communicate your desistance as fast as possible and before I made any sketch. Refunds are never guaranteed.
📌after the first payment has been completed I am accountable and responsible for making you commission and deliver regular updates in a reasonable time and as specified by the client.
📌after a commission has been made and work has been started, the client is obliged to pay the agreed amount at the agreed moment.
📌the price sheet works as a guide and starting point. quotes need to be agreed by both parties individually and may differ from the prices presented on this page
📌 The service will start only after the first 50% or agreed value has been paid.
📌 The Full resolution Image will only be delivered after the complete payment.
📌 I retain the right to refuse service to any specific request if I judge it to be unsuitable for me.
📌 I maintain the copyright to all my paintings unless the proper fee for commercial use is paid.
📌 I will always maintain the right to authorship of my artworks and will eventually post the work on my portfolio and social media.

📌Commissioning me means you agree to the terms and conditions. Once payment is completed, it is assumed the client has agreed to all of them. These terms are subject to revision. Both parties are accountable for the terms as they were written when the commission was made.(last revision: 12/26/2024).
